


Containerised Alkaline Electrolyzer System
PERIC Hydrogen Technologies has submitted a USD 981,150 proposal to BDZA Holdings for a containerized alkaline electrolyzer system capable of producing 200NCMH of hydrogen and 100NCMH of oxygen at 3.2 MPa pressure. The turnkey solution includes cutting-edge purification technology to achieve 99.999% hydrogen purity, meeting stringent export and industrial standards.

Key Features
PERIC Hydrogen Technologies' proposed system features a skid-mounted electrolyzer integrating gas-lye treatment, high-purity hydrogen purification, and automated control via a Siemens S7-1200 PLC. It delivers 200 Nm³/hr of hydrogen at 99.999% purity and 100 Nm³/hr of oxygen, with an operating pressure of 3.2 MPa and a delivery pressure of 3.0 MPa. The system achieves a hydrogen dew point of -70°C and maintains oxygen content below 2 ppm. Safety is ensured through explosion-proof design, hydrogen leakage detectors (SSC UK), and full compliance with AS22734 and AS1200 standards.
Scope of Supply
The proposed supply package includes all core equipment necessary for hydrogen production: the electrolyzer unit, gas-lye separators, hydrogen purifiers, dryers, and a demineralized (DM) water system. The control system features a Siemens PLC with a touchscreen HMI and remote monitoring capabilities for efficient operation and oversight. PERIC will also provide 30 days of on-site commissioning supervision and operator training, along with a 5-year warranty on the electrolyzer to ensure long-term reliability and performance.


Delivery & Cost Breakdown
The delivery timeline for the electrolyzer system is six months ex-works from Handan, China, commencing upon receipt of a 30% advance payment. The total cost is broken down as follows: USD 527,690 for the hydrogen generation unit (FOB Xingang), USD 230,770 for the purification system, and USD 207,690 for design and engineering services. These terms ensure a clear and structured procurement process aligned with project timelines and budgeting requirements.
